Caesars Entertainment in Reno is seeking an Inventory Clerk to update and maintain warehouse transactions, count stock, and research discrepancies. You will prepare daily reports, verify shipments, and input data into the IP system. This role supports purchasing and accounts payable to resolve pricing and receiving variances.

The position requires strong organizational skills, 35 wpm typing, and English proficiency, with related warehouse and accounting experience preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to type 35 wpm and use 10-key.
• Strong English reading/writing and ability to keep information confidential.
• Experience in warehouse operations; food & beverage background helpful.
• Accounting clerk experience and Stratton Warren IP system experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Update storeroom requisitions, create and update outlet transfers.
• Physically count and input inventories.
• Research inventory variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Confirm outgoing warehouse orders for accuracy.
• Prepare daily summary of COS and other warehouse issues.
• Input items received into IP system; verify against invoices.
• Collaborate with purchasing on receiving and pricing differences.
• Coordinate with accounts payable on errors.
• Demonstrate Caesars core values and DEI culture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
