Position Description: Maintaining accurate records of inventory. This includes handling of all paperwork.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Maintain and update inventory records
• Reconciles inventories to records and makes adjustments when necessary
• Scheduling various pickups and deliveries
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in the Food Program
• Assist with accounts receivable invoicing
• Answering phone calls
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read shipping and receiving records/reports
• Computer use
• Dependable attendance
• Hard worker and team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
Education, Experience, and Skills:
• Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes and related equipment
• High organization skills and ability to multi-task/prioritize
