Inventory Control Specialist (1st Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular inventory counts
• Communicate inventory discrepancies and issues to management
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and resolve variances
• Compile and generate inventory reports as needed
• Perform data entry into Epicor ERP system to track inventory movement

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices, such as tape measures
• Capable of reading a bill of material (BOM) and following instructions
• Comfortable using computers and ERP systems (Epicor experience is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Highly motivated with a team-first mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-focused with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Must pass a competency test, pre-employment physical, and drug screen
• Consistent hours with overtime opportunities
• Stable work environment with long-term growth potential
