Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Execute cycle counts daily, ensuring that all items are counted according to the schedule:
    • Monthly for A items
    • Quarterly for B items
    • Twice annually for C items
  • Ensure counts are performed according to documented procedures.
  • Complete and submit accurate count documents.
  • Document and report any non-conformance to material handling processes to the PCL Manager.
  • Participate as a QRCI team member for variances greater than 5%.
  • Assist in auditing and tracking of permanent corrective actions.
  • Review transaction reporting processes (Shipping, Receiving, Transfers, Scrap, Production Receipts) to ensure timely and accurate reporting and processing of production activity, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory balances.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • Associate's Degree preferred, with a desire for a career in Production Control Logistics.
  • Two or more years of experience in production within an industrial environment, preferably automotive.
  • Skilled problem solver and mathematically adept.
  • Computer literate with experience in material scheduling, planning, and inventory control techniques.
  • Knowledge of FCS/SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills.

This position is on A Crew - Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
