Job summary

White Cap is hiring an Inventory Control Associate in Goodyear, AZ to audit inventory, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy across daily order processing. The role involves receiving product, quality checks, and following safety policies within a growing distribution environment.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining manuals, performing cycle counts, and ensuring internal controls. The position expects 2–5 years of experience and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve all issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
• Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy. Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Completes and reviews cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
• Receives products from vendors to check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
