Job summary

PRW Power, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records in our Moreno Valley warehouse. The role emphasizes cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and reconciliation within WMS/ERP systems.

You will collaborate with receiving, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy, generate reports, and support continuous improvement while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience required.
  • Experience using WMS, ERP systems, or inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
  • Reconcile inventory transactions in the WMS/ERP system.
  • Process inventory adjustments and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor product movement and identify opportunities to improve control processes.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and audits.
  • Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to management.
  • Maintain organized storage locations and labeling.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
