Job summary

Holiday World RV is seeking an organized Inventory Clerk to ensure accurate processing of inventory across all locations. You will serve as the main contact for inventory issues and drive timely reporting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities include audits, maintaining delivery dates in IDS, reconciling costs, and coordinating with transport partners. A high school diploma and strong MS Office skills are required, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset being essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory for all locations is processed accurately and timely.
• Assist with audits for bank and all locations.
• Maintain accurate delivery dates in IDS systems.
• Reconcile invoices to reflect correct costs.
• Communicate with transport companies to ensure accurate dispatch.
