Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to count, reconcile, and maintain inventory levels across production and warehouse facilities. The role requires attention to detail, SAP experience, and strong communication skills to support accurate reporting and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities include data entry for AP and Supply Chain, posting to SAP, and daily communication of shortages to production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year inventory coordination experience preferred.
• Good math and PC skills required.
• SAP and inventory knowledge preferred.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Count, reconcile, and maintain inventory levels of raw/full goods.
• Enter data with AP and Supply Chain; prepare required reports.
• Post inventory, inter-plant, and production to SAP.
• Communicate shortages daily to production and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
