Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company, based in Tyler, Texas, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the Inventory Management System. You will greet customers in line with our Jump Over the Counter Service Excellence value and ensure product availability.

The role requires stock counting, proper receiving, and replenishment on shelves, with attention to safety and accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail inventory is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret product codes and shelf labels.
• Strong math and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to use pallet jacks and box cutters safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily stock counts in the Inventory Management System to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving of products.
• Communicate shortages to store leadership and adjust shelf conditions.
• Replenish and organize stock on shelves while following safety procedures.
• Assist with other inventory-related tasks as needed.
