Description
Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Fremont, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
- Auditing, stocking, and dispensing of materials to lab users Inspecting and maintaining lab areas for safety and Intellectual Property (IP) issues
- Follow established processes to sustain & govern existing lab services
- Support lab improvement projects on a need basis
- Work with cross functional teams to minimize inventory variances and implement improved processes to increase overall inventory accuracy
- Resolve discrepancies; investigate misidentified or out of balance items with root cause analysis; identify necessary preventive measures to assure there are no re-occurrence
- Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored.
- Keep inventory room clean and organized.
- Notify Key stakeholders when project materials have been received.
- Provides backup support to Wafer Cage Team. Responsibilities include, pulling reservation orders; staging for pickup; reclaim wafers; safeguard customer intellectual property, receiving incoming wafer deliveries, perform inventory audits.
- Work in a Lab environment which requires use of Lab suits to perform wafer reclaims and other duties in the lab
- Perform other duties as directed Ability to interpret large data sets and summarize using Pivot tables and charts.
Here's what you will get:
Pay rate: $31.05/hr
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday 1pm-8:30pm
Duration: Temporary, 2 years with a possibility to convert to full time based on business needs and performance
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 1-3 years inventory control experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive)
- Experience in ERP and ordering platforms (SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba preferred)
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak)
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly.
