Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily inventory operations including receiving and distributing materials.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to management.

Bilingual Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Bilingual Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inventory management or warehouse operations ensuring accurate inventory control efficient processes and effective communication with a diverse team and client base. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Pay : $16.00-$17.00 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee daily inventory operations including receiving storing and distributing materials.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Train coach and evaluate inventory staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.
  • Utilize inventory management systems (IMS) to track inventory and workflow.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (IMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with EDI and TMS systems.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
