Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Inventory Control/Warehouse Specialist in Everett, WA.

Employment Details:
  • Type: Contract
  • Pay rate: $25-$28/hr
Role Description:

The role seeks customer-focused individuals to support the satellite production team by processing materials and collaborating with procurement, planning, quality, and EHS teams. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify discrepancies in physical and digital data. The position involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment and performing various procedures, with opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle materials accurately and efficiently for production and development.
  • Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems for material transactions.
  • Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies; communicate with related departments to resolve problems.
  • Move materials physically and virtually between sites.
  • Identify training needs and assist in training new hires and junior staff.
  • Follow safety, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Resolve work blockers and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
  • Contribute to SOP improvements, including safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
  • Highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software like Excel.
  • Flexible, good communication skills, team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP and ERP software is preferred.
