Job summary

Inorganic Ventures is seeking an Inventory Operations Technician to maintain accurate inventory data and ensure stock levels are appropriate. The role involves receiving, verifying, and tracking materials, updating BOMs, and coordinating with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly.

The position requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, strong organizational and data entry skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education or job-related experience.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions.
• 1 year Warehouse experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with bar-coding inventory management systems.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs, occasionally more than 100 lbs.
• Follow established policies, procedures and guidelines.
• PC proficiency with working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and check in supplies, raw materials, and stock products.
• Develop and implement inventory management procedures and processes.
• Serve as liaison with internal departments.
• Create, review, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Work Orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment.
• Maintain inventory data/records and update as needed.
• Pull, stage, and distribute materials for internal departments.
• Place purchase order requests and confirm receipts.
• Monitor trends in related materials and supplies.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical counts as required.
• Maintain inventory for max turnover and in-stock conditions.
• Assist with NCI TCT program and special projects as needed.
• Comply with safety and ethics guidelines.
• Cross-train to support coverage and continuity.
