Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to compile and maintain stock records and support kit fulfillment. You will kit parts, track quantities in the ERP and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy across departments.

Responsibilities include receiving parts, locating them in the ERP, and identifying non-moving inventory for action. The role emphasizes compliance, safety, and continuous improvement while upholding our Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read part drawings.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision; well organized and able to multi-task.
• Team player with openness to new ideas and collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Above average manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Maintains release assembly work orders to the shop floor.
• Kits parts for assemblies based on work order need.
• Conducts audits of facility inventory on a scheduled basis.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels at the facility.
• Receives all parts, counts, and assigns locations in the ERP system.
• Identifies non-moving inventory and reserves with supervisor to initiate action.
• Reviews opportunities for continuous improvement related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity and introducing new technologies.
• Adheres to the Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations by training and knowledge maintenance.
• Represents the company professionally and upholds ethical business practices.
