Job summary

Gabro Event Services is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to keep our warehouse organized and our inventory accurate. You will count, verify, and record inventory items as they come in and go out, using our inventory system to update stock levels and flag discrepancies.

Job description

Gabro Event Services is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to keep our warehouse organized and our inventory accurate. You'll be tracking, counting, and verifying our event rental items — chairs, tables, draping, lighting, dance floors, and more — so everything is accounted for and ready to go out the door.

This is a detail-focused, hands-on role. If you're sharp-eyed, organized, and like knowing exactly where everything is, this is a good fit.

What You'll Do

• Count, verify, and record inventory items coming in and going out of the warehouse
• Use our inventory management system to update stock levels and flag discrepancies
• Inspect items for damage, wear, or missing pieces and report issues
• Organize and label items correctly in the warehouse for easy retrieval
• Assist with pulling and staging items for upcoming events
• Work with the warehouse team to keep inventory accurate and current

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail — you notice when something is off or missing
• Basic to intermediate computer skills — comfortable using inventory software and printing reports/labels
• Organized and systematic — you like things in their place and tracked properly
• Reliable — event schedules don\'t flex, and neither do our deadlines
• Able to stand, lift, and move throughout a full shift
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
