Brivo is seeking an on-site Human Resources leader in our Bethesda office to own the full employee lifecycle from offer to offboarding. You will partner with managers across functions, handling high-volume HR activities and complex employee relations in a fast-moving environment.
The role requires calm under pressure, organizational strength, and the ability to coach managers through performance, discipline, and onboarding. This is a high-responsibility, non-entry-level opportunity at Brivo.
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 / year
Department: Human Resources
Location: Bethesda
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 / year
This is a first-time manager role in title, but it is not a junior role in scope. You will be the HR point of contact for our Austin employee population, owning the full employee lifecycle from the moment an offer is accepted through offboarding. You will partner with managers across every function and you will be the person they call when they have a people question, a performance issue, or a hiring need. The person who succeeds here is organized, calm under pressure, deeply comfortable with high-volume HR activity, and genuinely energized by helping people and managers navigate the complexity of a fast-moving workplace. This role is located on-site 5 days a week, in our Bethesda office.
