Job summary

Colson-Group-Holdings-LLC is seeking an Inventory Control & Shipping Associate at our distribution center. You will prepare outbound shipments, pick items with RF scanners, verify inventory, inspect products, and receive inbound shipments. Maintain clean, safe work areas and document stock changes as needed.

Requirements include 1+ year in a warehouse setting, RF scanner experience, Epicor 10 (a plus), and forklift certification. Strong math, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience with RF scanners and ERP/WMS tools (Epicor 10 a plus).
• Understands and follows warehouse safety regulations.
• Ability to lead, troubleshoot, and help teams achieve targets.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate forklift, reach truck and walkie pallet jack.
• Excellent communication and reading comprehension of product descriptions and labels.
• Proficient in basic math for quantities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound shipments for customers and storefronts—accurately and on schedule.
• Pick items efficiently from warehouse shelves using pick tickets and RF scanners.
• Verify inventory accuracy throughout the shift; reconcile counts as needed.
• Inspect products and packaging to catch issues before they leave the dock.
• Receive inbound shipments and document any damage to inventory.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas at all times.
