Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company, LLC Career Center is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist – Receiving & Validation to ensure accurate receipt, validation, documentation, and stocking of materials for the AATC inventory. This role serves as a key control point between Procurement, vendors, and operations.

The position supports a 24/7 operation, with five 8-hour second shifts typically 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, weekend/holiday availability, and duties including receiving against POs, labeling,

Qualifications

• Proven accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
• Familiarity with receiving processes and PO checks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery records.
• Verify quantities and item specifications before system entry.
• Identify shortages, damage, or discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
• Label, stage, stock, and distribute materials to storerooms and inventory locations.
• Support inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits.
