The role acts as a key control point between Procurement, vendors, and inventory operations, ensuring materials are properly received, inspected, labeled, and routed or stocked before entering AATC inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse, storeroom, logistics, or related operational environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management and business systems.
• Ability to operate storeroom and material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and validates incoming materials against orders and records.
• Verifies quantities, item specifications, condition, and accuracy before acceptance.
• Identifies shortages or discrepancies and coordinates resolution with Procurement and vendors.
• Labels, stages, stocks, and distributes materials to storerooms or internal customers.
• Maintains accurate, timely system records for received inventory.
• Supports inventory counts, audits, and discrepancy research.
• Operates material handling equipment and supports safety procedures.
• Provides cross-functional support for laundry operations as needed.
