Job summary

Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company in Atlanta, GA seeks an Inventory Analyst to support daily inventory activities across facilities, maintain records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate storeroom and receiving operations. The role also involves ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

You will perform cycle counts, prepare routine reports, and work with vendors and internal teams to ensure material availability and on-time procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and ATL badge eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate inventory levels and system records to support operations.
• Performs cycle counts, physical inventories, and routine verification; follows up on discrepancies.
• Reviews usage reports to identify shortages, overstock, or obsolete materials and escalates issues.
• Prepares routine inventory reports and supports performance monitoring and planning.
• Coordinates and prioritizes inventory, storeroom, attic stock, receiving, and related work assignments.
• Maintains inventory records across storerooms and designated areas per procedures.
• Coordinates shipping/receiving including inspection, documentation, labeling, staging, and distribution.
• Coordinates with vendors and internal departments to support material availability and issue resolution.
• Sources, negotiates, and purchases equipment, materials, or services as assigned with quotes.
• Maintains supporting documentation and audits readiness.
• Performs other duties to support department goals.
