UNITEHEREHEALTH in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Inventory & Receiving Clerk for Regular Full-Time at Health Center LV - Nellis. The role oversees ordering, storage, receiving and distribution within central storage, and collaborates with vendors for weekly services.

On-site, Mon-Fri 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Requirements include 4–6 years of warehousing experience, FIFO and inventory controls, basic accounting, and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience minimum.
• Experience in warehousing, FIFO, physical inventory counts, and system implementation.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ordering of supplies from designated vendors to maintain PAR levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
• Receive and record shipments and re-deliver to partners.
• Examine and unpack incoming shipments.
• Record shortages and handle returns.
• Trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Address recalls and remove items from use.
• Lead regular material audits and follow FIFO.
• Work with GPO for cost savings.
• Oversee inventory system to support medical supply ordering.
