UNITE HERE HEALTH in Las Vegas, NV is hiring an Inventory Control and Receiving Clerk to oversee ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of medical and office supplies at our Health Center LV - Nellis. The role emphasizes accuracy, FIFO discipline, vendor coordination, and proactive communication with internal customers.

You will manage stock levels, record shipments, perform audits, work with group purchasing, and support accounts payable with packing slips.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related warehousing experience.
• FIFO knowledge and physical inventory counting.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ordering of supplies from designated vendors to maintain PAR levels.
• Receive and record shipments; forward to appropriate partner.
• Maintain inventory records; perform regular material audits (FIFO).
• Trace shipments and address recalls; resolve shortages and damaged items.
• Oversee overall facility inventory (medical, office, janitorial) and advise on reordering.
• Collaborate with group purchasing organization (GPO) for cost savings.
