Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of inventory experience
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Provide coaching, administer corrective counseling, and support employee development through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
• Administrative duties to ensure attendance accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and work well while meeting deadlines
• Software experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft applications; intermediate Excel skills preferred.

• Records incoming deliveries in the system by Purchase Order using RF device
• Load Receiving and Reconciliation of Invoice
• Breakage adjustments and supporting documents to corporate
• Cycle counting
• Negative inventory review and submittal
• Processing of Transfers Incoming / Outgoing
• Day-to-Day administrative duties including interviewing, hiring, and discipline
