Qualifications

• Experience receiving, tracking, and reconciling inventory in retail or grocery settings.
• Ability to monitor damaged, expired, or salvageable merchandise and process returns for credit.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in backroom operations.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools including email and store portals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Direct Store Delivery (DSD) inventory receipt and stocking.
• Scan and verify items, identify out-of-stock or overstock conditions, and report findings.
• Coordinate with order writers, night crew, merchandisers, and File Maintenance Clerk.
• Communicate inventory status and promotional execution with Store Director.
• Maintain a secure, clean backroom and manage donations and disposal with accuracy.
