Job summary

URBN in Kansas City, KS is seeking an Inventory Control/Quality Auditor Clerk to help maintain a safe, organized distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, verify product alignment, and process damages while supporting other departments as needed.

Daily shifts run 7:00am–5:30pm on various schedules; candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be comfortable using RF scanners. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, organized, clean, and secure environment.
• Cycle counting garments daily.
• Meet units per hour targets set by the Supervisor.
• Label and align products within the distribution center.
• Perform general inventory research and process damages.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• All other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
