IntelliSource is seeking an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Associate to support inventory accuracy, quality control, and shrink reduction within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment environment. This role focuses on identifying discrepancies, conducting cycle counts, and partnering with operations to improve inventory integrity.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse or inventory-control experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Ability to use handheld scanners and WMS.

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts to validate physical inventory against system inventory.
Research and resolve discrepancies and variances.
Verify locations, quantities, and item identifiers.
Conduct quality audits across fulfillment processes.
Work with operations to reduce shrink.
Document defects and report to leadership.
Analyze data to identify trends affecting accuracy.
