Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist for North Hatfield, MA. The role focuses on cycle counting across warehouse locations, updating systems, and verifying inventory accuracy to support perishable and non-perishable goods.

Key duties include problem pallet resolution, date verification, and daily inbound audit, with benefits starting from day one and opportunities for career progression within a large national network.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems and software preferred.
• Physical ability to lift objects from 20 lbs to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and update the system using appropriate tools.
• Research and process problem pallets and variances; document errors.
• Validate dating of products and update records.
• Daily inbound receiving audit and root cause analysis of variances.
• Respond to buyer requests for item checks and internal transfers.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete/at-risk inventory (vendor returns, donations, recalls).
• Research and resolve inventory variances.
• Travel required: No.
