Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is seeking an ICQA Specialist to perform cycle counts in the Plant City, FL warehouse, verify product locations, and support inventory accuracy using computers and handheld devices.

Duties include researching variances, dating validation, inbound receiving audits, and handling obsolete inventory while coordinating with operations. Training pays $19.00/hr; first shift with opportunities for growth and benefits from day 1.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years related inventory experience.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate cycle counts of inventory locations using appropriate tools and update the system.
• Research and process problem pallets and unlocated inventory; document errors.
• Validate product dating and update records as required.
• Perform daily inbound receiving audits; investigate variances and report to Operations.
• Assist buyers with item checks and code transfers within the warehouse.
• Coordinate handling of obsolete and at-risk inventory (vendor returns, recalls, donations).
• Research and resolve inventory variances.
• Other duties as assigned.
