Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Profile Analyst at Olive Branch, MS to manage profiles for all retail and DTC SKUs stored in OB1, coordinating with Brands, QA and other teams to ensure accurate inventory.

Onsite role requiring forklift experience, proficiency with Excel, PKMS, RFScanner, and AS400; responsibilities include optimizing SKU velocity and maintaining safe operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year forklift driving experience with OP and SW.
• Onsite role in Olive Branch, MS.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400.
• Able to perform basic math and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage profiles for Olive Branch OB1 inventories.
• Coordinate with Brands, QA, and other teams to maintain retail inventory.
• Operate forklift equipment and ensure capacity during peak holidays.
• Own profiling projects and drive improvements in the Profiling Operation.
