Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst – Retail Inventory Control in Olive Branch, MS.

You will manage profiles of all retail and Direct to Customer (DTC) SKUs housed in OB1, coordinating with Brands, QA, and other teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support holiday capacity planning. Candidates need a High School Diploma, at least 1 year forklift experience with OP/SW, and proficiency in Excel, PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW).
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Have working knowledge of Excel, Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS), Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner), and AS400.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Able to read and match numbers and have knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, and multiplication).
• Able to solve problems and develop root cause through investigation and analysis.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Support warehouse operations by performing additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Be certified to operate the Raymond Brand Forklifts: Order Picker (OP), Swing Reach (SW).
• Ensure department retains sufficient capacity for holiday and seasonal product by assessing velocity of all SKUs.
• Ensure low velocity SKUs are not occupying primary pick locations.
• Be required to manage projects related to their job focus and will be expected to own respective portions of the Profiling Operation.
