Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain in Olive Branch, MS is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accuracy in primary and reserve locations. This full-time, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. shift supports stock counts, SKU movements, and cycle counting to ensure inventory integrity.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in inventory control, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to operate PKMS, WMOS, RF scanners, and AS400 in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control.
• Onsite role; ability to perform basic math.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy in primary and reserve locations.
• Count cycles and investigate variances.
• Operate PKMS, WMOS, and AS400 systems.
• Support order fulfillment and stock movements.
• Adhere to safety procedures and audits.
