Qualifications

• 2-3 years in inventory control.
• 1 year forklift experience and clean driving record.
• Be flexible for weekends, overtime, and schedule changes.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit 100% of system transactions (Scrap, Production, Shipping).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare variance reports with research and resolution.
• Retain accurate records.
• Communicate problems / issues / discrepancies with Department and Plant Management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership inside and outside of the scope of this position.
• Ability to read and analyze reports and write reports.
• Proficient with PC-based reports, databases, spreadsheets, and inventory management systems.
• Travel as needed for training or inventory assistance.
