Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle count execution and resolve discrepancies.
• Support physical inventory counts at branches and warehouses.
• Resolve zero-pick discrepancies between system and physical inventory.
• Handle receiving administration, OS&D confirmation and reporting.
• Review stocked-out items and redistribute inventory.
• Review excess inventory and reduce via redistribution.
• Evaluate returns for reasonableness and sellability.
• Meet inventory inspections with Engineering and Quality teams.
• Assist Sales with inventory issue resolution for backorders.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools and processes.
• Review and release MO’s for CO’s and build-to-stock.
• Manage DO’s for MO shortages.
• Additional duties as role evolves.
