Job summary

Thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Material Control Operator for North- 2nd Shift in Park City, Kansas. You will manage inventory, move materials between locations, and operate equipment on the warehouse floor to support production needs.

The role requires attention to detail, English literacy, basic math, and experience with inventory systems. A forklift certification is preferred and physical work includes lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.
• Data entry into inventory system.
• Ability to operate tape measure and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory information for company stock across branches.
• Coordinate material movement from stock to processing to support production.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed on the warehouse floor.
• Enter data accurately into the inventory system.
• Prepare inventory tags and maintain accuracy of records.
• Identify shortages and communicate with staff.
• Support quality assurance activities related to credits.
• Participate in health, safety and Lean initiatives.
