Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Inventory Control Material Movement Specialist in Saint Joseph, MI to ensure accurate material flow from receiving to shipping. You will move inventory, operate forklifts, and record movements in Epicor for inventory integrity.

The role requires hands-on experience with material handling equipment, ERP familiarity, and the ability to follow detailed procedures. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position supporting cross-functional teams and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months' experience operating material handling equipment and 1–3 months related work experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse product flow and inventory transactions.
• Ability to use or learn RF scanners and tablets; basic computer skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; basic math proficiency.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Comfortable with basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ship finished goods from assembly using correct system steps and documentation.
• Receive and stock inbound materials into inventory with accurate Epicor transactions.
• Record all material movements in Epicor to safeguard inventory integrity.
• Operate gas or electric forklifts (Reach and Counterbalance) and related material handling equipment.
• Load and unload semi trailers.
