Job summary

Brunswick is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will receive, store, move, and stage materials, ensuring accuracy and safety according to procedures.

You’ll perform cycle counts, verify inventory, and help meet production and delivery timelines across the facility. The role requires 1–2 years in material handling or logistics, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and fluency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in material handling, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and stock management processes.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Perform physical and system-based inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
• Assemble kits of materials, parts, and components based on production work orders or pick lists.
• Verify kit contents for accuracy and completeness.
• Label and stage kits for delivery to production or shipping areas.
• Return unused materials from kits to inventory with proper documentation.
• Transport materials between warehouse, production, and shipping/receiving areas using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
• Use ERP or inventory management systems to track material movements.
• Complete required paperwork and labeling in compliance with company standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
