Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a warehouse associate to perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities in a safe, organized environment at our Brownsburg facility. The role requires reading process sheets, basic math, and effective communication with the team.

The candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, follow SOPs, and maintain a clean workspace. Flexibility for all shifts and overtime is required, with emphasis on safety and teamwork during daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read process sheets and follow instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Ability to read bills of material and standardized work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive product through Manhattan Warehouse Management System.
• Pick and package parts for shipping.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment per SOPs and safety rules.
• Report quality and safety issues to management.
• Be available for all shifts and overtime as required.
