Job summary

Broderson Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for warehousing, inventory control, receiving, shipping, product identification and traceability with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will assist with cycle counts, support incoming material inspections, and participate in continuous improvement efforts while ensuring compliance with hazardous waste management and ISO9001 standards in a fast-paced factory setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, cycle counting, packaging, and logistics.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and other data systems; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing, inventory control, receiving, shipping, product identification and traceability.
• Assist with inventory cycle count program.
• Support incoming materials inspection program tasks.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Initiate engineering change requests to improve quality and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous waste management and ISO9001 requirements.
