Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to accurately manage company stock across multiple branch locations. The role involves receiving shipments, moving material between stock and processing, and maintaining precise data in the inventory system.

Responsibilities include tagging, consolidation, identifying shortages, and supporting quality assurance with credits. It is a hands-on position on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery and requires adherence to safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.
• Basic computer/data entry skills for inventory system.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment after certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete material receiving for shipments between locations or from the mill.
• Coordinate movement of material from stock to processing to support production.
• Operate material handling equipment as necessary on the warehouse floor.
• Perform accurate data entry into the inventory management system.
• Prepare and maintain inventory identification tags and perform material consolidation.
• Identify shortages and issues and communicate to the appropriate staff.
