thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to accurately record inbound and outbound materials and coordinate inventory. The role requires organization, documentation skills, and ability to handle shipments, damaged goods, and returns.

Work on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery, ensuring safe packaging, timely shipping, and clear communication with internal teams and external suppliers. Pre-employment drug testing applies as part of safety policy.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with plant staff and management.
• Warehouse experience with forklift, packing and measuring.
• Safety mindset and compliance with safety policies.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received.
• Oversee safe and reliable packaging of all outgoing shipments.
• Process items for shipment according to guidelines.
• Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices and orders to set priorities.
• Review international shipment documentation for compliance.
• Maintain communications with customers and suppliers.
• Perform record keeping and other admin duties.
• Work on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
