Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately provide inventory information for company material stock and to monitor and organize inventory across multiple branch locations.

The role requires operating material handling equipment, completing receiving activities, and maintaining data integrity in the inventory system, with shifts spanning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English literacy and basic math skills required.
• Basic computer skills for data entry into inventory system.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Certification to operate material handling equipment (forklift, side-loader, etc.).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Complete material receiving activities for shipments between locations or from the mill.
• Coordinate movement of material from stock to processing to support production.
• Operate material handling equipment as necessary to support movement of material.
• Perform accurate data entry in the inventory management system.
