Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in Colorado to lead inventory accuracy and cycle counting at a distribution facility. You will supervise 5–15 staff, administer performance reviews, and coordinate with the Branch Manager to improve processes and compliance.

Qualifications

Be fluent in reading, writing, understanding and communicating in English.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
Previous employee supervision experience.
Must have working knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse operations.
Must have prior experience with cycle counting.
Be able to learn and adapt to changes in work processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and control processes affecting inventory quantity, quality, and accuracy.
Oversee daily cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
Research quantity discrepancies and implement process improvements with Branch Manager.
Coaching and development of inventory staff; approve timecards and administer performance reviews.
Ensure correct bin locations, effective space allocation, and accurate computer records.
Oversee return processes, warranties, and vendor returns; maintain a safe warehouse.
