Job summary

Chadwell Supply, a nationwide maintenance supplier, seeks a detail-minded Inventory Control Supervisor at our Canal Winchester, OH location. You will perform daily cycle counts, process returns, and prepare for the annual physical inventory to ensure accuracy against vendor receipts and packing slips.

You will supervise warehouse staff, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain safe, efficient storage. Leadership and forklift experience are required for this full-time role with strong growth

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift over 60 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• 4+ people management or supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates as they pick products from stocking locations.
• Maintain accuracy and promptness in pulling items and quantities.
• Record quantities and serial numbers on tickets or in computer systems.
• Assist in staging and loading orders into delivery vehicles.
• Assist in unloading products and stocking/warehouse projects.
• Ensure bin locations and computer records are accurate.
• Perform daily cycle counts and process returns.
• Report unsafe conditions and support Inventory Control Manager.
• Restock and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
