Job summary

McCall Farms, Inc. is seeking a Manager I-Inventory Control to lead a team of 15–60 across multiple shifts at the plant and distribution center in South Carolina.

You will drive accuracy of raw materials and finished goods, oversee aging inventory, FIFO and lot trace, and manage SOPs and safety training. You will coordinate with shipping and production, supervise performance, and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with 1–2 years in a Distribution/Shipping environment with inventory control responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee and coach employees across shifts.
• Submit reports on performance and progress (metrics for aging inventory, cycle counting, warehouse audits).
• Review reports for accuracy and logic and ensure inventory put-away accuracy.
