Job summary

McCall Farms, Inc. is seeking a Manager I-Inventory Control to lead a 15–60 person team across shifts, ensuring accurate raw materials and finished goods inventory. You will reconcile receipts to production orders, manage aging inventory, and supervise safety training and SOP compliance.

You will develop staff, drive continuous improvement, and report on inventory metrics while coordinating with Shippers and Production to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a Distribution/Shipping environment with inventory control responsibilities.
• Experience leading associates across multiple shifts.
• Strong Excel skills, advancedExcel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of 15–60 team members across multiple shifts.
• Reconcile production receipts with work orders; track aging inventory to ensure FIFO and lot trace.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and provide root-cause analysis for adjustments.
• Lead safety training, SOP adherence and a clean, safe work environment.
• Coach and develop staff; monitor performance and conduct reviews; manage budgets and headcount.
