HYVE Solutions, a subsidiary of TD SYNNEX, seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare materials for audits. The role involves coaching staff, coordinating with Purchasing and AP, and ensuring accurate replenishment of high-velocity items.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in inventory control, with experience in high-throughput manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2–5 years of experience.
• Experience in Semiconductor or Circuit board manufacturing a plus.
• Inventory control experience with high-throughput environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts on schedule and assist as needed.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies; approve adjustments within dollar limits.
• Prepare materials for internal/external audits and support audit findings.
• Provide coaching and training; maintain records as appropriate.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable as needed.
• Ensure replenishment of high-velocity product to correct bin locations.
• Oversee warehouse operations in the manager/supervisor's absence and assist the Manufacturing Manager.
