Job summary

Hyve Solutions Corporation, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to optimize stock levels and ensure timely fulfillment for production and customers. You will lead a team, implement procedures, and partner with procurement and logistics to keep materials available and accurate.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory control with supervisory experience, strong analytics, and proficiency in WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years in inventory control, warehousing, or materials management, with supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting and demand forecasting.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train inventory control staff in receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
• Develop and maintain inventory procedures to improve accuracy and turns.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories; analyze variances and take corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory data, identify trends, and report to management on performance and risks.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to forecast demand and plan inventory.
• Resolve discrepancies, damaged goods, and returns promptly.
• Utilize inventory systems (WMS/ERP) to track movement and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs and optimize space.
• Prepare regular reports on accuracy, turns, and shrinkage.
