Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Manager, Inventory Control for first shift (7:00am–3:30pm).

You will supervise the Inventory Control team, monitor inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and drive process improvements to support accurate, efficient operations. The role requires at least 4 years in inventory control, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanning equipment, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 years of inventory control experience.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and barcode/scanner tech.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inventory Control team and enforce policies.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory records and procedures.
• Reconcile discrepancies by researching transaction histories.
• Communicate effectively with management and customer reps.
• Provide leadership and training to achieve company goals.
• Coordinate team activities to maximize productive hours.
• Investigate operations to identify and implement improvements.
