Job summary

Carolina Components Group in Durham, NC is seeking a Storeroom Supervisor to manage non-stock materials, coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics, and ensure timely replenishment across sites.

The role requires forklift certification, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of warehouse experience. You will perform cycle counts, maintain records, and enforce ISO 9001-2015 and cGMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification/license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years warehouse experience.
• 1–3 years direct industry experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs ERP system transactions as appropriate.
• Assist with the completion of all cycle counts.
• Works safely within the parameters of and comply with company policies.
• Prepares and maintains all inventory records.
• Assist with investigations into inventory shortages and discrepancies.
• Put away inventory.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO processes.
• Keep track of business trends.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes.
• Work within ISO 9001-2015 quality standards and cGMP regulations in all manufacturing areas.
• Maintain company quality standards in accordance with company quality goals. Identify process deviation and take immediate action to reduce threats to project objectives.
• Daily organization and cleanliness of work area in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reporting all near misses and first aid events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
