Job summary

VACCO Industries, a Subsidary of ESCO Technologies Inc., is seeking an inventory clerk to support accurate recording of receipts, transfers, and stock levels. You will work with the work orders, coordinate with Quality inspections, and maintain stockroom records.

The role requires basic manufacturing knowledge, ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and a HS diploma or GED with related experience preferred. This is an on-site position with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing procedures and records.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of related experience (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory transactions such as receipts and work order processing in WDS.
• Receive and unpack shipments; verify contents against PO/invoices; prepare receiving reports.
• Notify Quality Inspection for inspections and verify before recording in system.
• Control physical movement of stock and inventory documents; arrange stockroom inventories and audits.
• Coordinate transport of supplies and equipment; fill requisitions from departments.
• Maintain files for outstanding orders, receiving, and delivery; support year-end inventory.
